Product Return Policy

Energetix accepts returns within 30 days of the original invoice date on unmarked, unopened products. To request a return, please contact Client Care at 800.990.7085 for a return authorization number and write this number on the outside of your shipping box. Returns must be shipped within 5 days from the issue date of the return authorization number. Energetix is not responsible for shipping expenses for returned product. Upon receipt of your product return, Energetix will issue a product credit to be used toward future purchases, less a 20% restocking fee. If you receive an order that is incomplete or damaged in shipment, you must notify Energetix within 5 days of receipt of the order. We want to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
